Product Description

The HEA47 development board integrates an AMD Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+™ RFSOC ZU47DR with an NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin/Thor module, interconnected via PCIe Gen3 x8. The RFSOC core board features 8‑channel 14‑bit RF‑ADC (up to 5 GSPS) and 8‑channel 14‑bit RF‑DAC (up to 9.85 GSPS), along with 6 GB of DDR4 (4 GB PS + 2 GB PL), 32 GB eMMC, and dual QSPI Flash. The Jetson AGX Orin delivers up to 275 TOPS, while the Thor module delivers up to 2070 TOPS. This platform is ideal for direct RF sampling, 5G/radar systems, high‑performance edge AI, and test & measurement applications
