The ACKU040/ACKU060 FPGA system-on-module(SoM) combines high-end AMD Xilinx Kintex UltraScale™ series device with fast DDR4 SDRAM, dual parallel Quad-SPI Flash and thus forms a complete and powerful embedded processing system. This module is suitable for high-speed applications due to the high number of transceivers.

* We have Kintex Ultrascale development boards that uses this Kintex Ultrascale module, to get started with development straight out of the box.
