HEA11 is a high‑performance heterogeneous computing development platform built around the AMD Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ XCZU11EG FPGA and the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin/Thor modules. The platform comprises the ACU11EG core board, the Jetson module, and a carrier board. The FPGA and the AI module are interconnected via PCIe Gen3 x8, delivering up to 80 Gbps of bandwidth for seamless data exchange. This architecture enables collaborative processing for demanding applications such as real‑time data acquisition, hardware acceleration, edge AI inference, autonomous robotics, and multimodal large‑model deployment.
