The ACVM2152 SoM is built around the AMD Versal™ Prime XCVM2152 adaptive SoC, combining programmable logic, embedded ARM processors, and rich DSP resources with 4 GB LPDDR5 DRAM (64-bit), 128 MB QSPI Flash, and 32 GB eMMC Flash, delivering high‑throughput data processing and deterministic real‑time control.
