ALINX started ISO 26262 Functional safety process certification training activities


In order to establish a product development and management process system that fully conforms to the highest level of automobile Functional safety ASIL D, from June 28 to 30, Alinx Electronic Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SGS"), launched ISO26262:2018 automobile Functional safety ASIL D process certification training activities for the AUMO Intelligent Vehicle Research and Development Department, At the same time, organize the qualification examination of Functional safety engineers.

ISO 26262 standard is a globally recognized Functional safety standard for automobiles. The standard covers the whole life cycle of products, including Functional safety management, concept phase development, system phase development, hardware phase development, software phase development, support process, production and operation services, scrapping and other links.

The ISO 26262 standard has become an important reference for evaluating the overall development capability of automotive OEMs and their global suppliers in Functional safety. Obtaining the ISO 26262:2018 standard certification is one of the entry thresholds for global automotive supply chain manufacturers. The Safety integrity level (ASIL) of road vehicles in the ISO 26262 standard is divided into four levels: A, B, C and D. ASIL D represents the most stringent level for safety assurance and is the highest level in the industry at present.
